At the top of the list of Acumatica 2020 R1 features was the unveiling of Omnichannel Commerce with BigCommerce. BigCommerce is a popular e-commerce software used by many online retailers to manage inventory and customer experience. Now, with the addition of Omnichannel Commerce and Acumatica, companies can manage their operations efficiently while maintaining a complete 360-degree view of all customer interactions across multiple channels.
