Mindover Software Expands Sage Software Consulting and Support Team

Responding to the growing need for Sage ERP support from their diverse client base, Mindover Software has hired Aaron Karnatz as a Sr. Consultant and Sage 100 Division Manager.

Mindover Software, a technology consulting firm specializing in the sale, installation and support of Sage 100 ERP (formerly MAS 90), Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac), and Sage CRM, hired Aaron Karnatz in response to a growing demand for Sage 100 ERP software support across the region.

“As Mindover Software grows, we are committed to continually strengthening our talent resources in order to provide the highest level of service possible for our clients,” stated Lloyd Smith, President of Mindover Software. “With this in mind, we set out to expand our support of Sage 100 ERP and are pleased to introduce Aaron Karnatz as the newest member of our team.”

As a Sr. Consultant and Sage 100 ERP Division Manager, Aaron will be the new point of contact for all of Mindover Software’s Sage 100 clients. Aaron has more than 14 years of experience with Sage 100 ERP, and a wide array of technical expertise in working with Job Ops, Crystal Reports, Fixed Assets, financial reporting, CRM, payroll, medical software, shipping solutions and more.  Combining this expertise with a wide breadth of industry experience, Aaron looks forward to helping Mindover Software clients achieve the highest levels of productivity and efficiency possible.

With a strong background in manufacturing, distribution, and systems consulting, Aaron will be a valuable resource for Mindover Software clients. “Over the years, I have worked with in a wide array of industries and positions enabling me to grow in my knowledge of system evaluation, process improvement and implementation,” comments Aaron. Utilizing the expertise he has acquired, Aaron has assisted companies in not only successfully implementing and configuring software systems; but also in implementing lean manufacturing practices, improving audit reporting and organizational capabilities, and even realizing an annual savings of $1.2 Million dollars following the implementation of a new employee time and payroll system.
