Mindover Software and Acumatica Cloud ERP chosen by Texas facility management firm
Austin, TX – December 2, 2019– Mindover Software, a technology consulting firm specializing in the sale, installation, and support of business software was recently selected by Vanguard Resources to implement and support Acumatica Cloud ERP.
Partnering with Mindover Software helped Vanguard move from its on-premises QuickBooks platform to an enterprise-level, cloud platform. The new Acumatica Cloud ERP system provides the Vanguard teams with the capability to access the data they need, when they need it, from any location.
Lettie Wiemann, Controller for Vanguard Resources describes the implementation, “Mindover’s excellent partnership guided and directed us, not letting us fall into any traps while still allowing us to adapt everything to our specifications.” Vanguard is already achieving their initial goal for the ERP implementation—getting data out to the field to allow each of their different locations access to information about their particular facility. “The C-Suite loves Acumatica too,” says Wiemann, “They love the dashboard capabilities it offers to them.”
